How do I set a parking reminder?
To set a parking reminder, simply open the app, tap the "+" button, and enter your parking details. Set the duration and our app will notify you before your time expires.
Why am I not receiving notifications?
Please ensure that notifications are enabled for our app in your device settings. Go to Settings > Notifications > Parking Meter Reminder and ensure that "Allow Notifications" is toggled on. Also, check that you haven't enabled Do Not Disturb mode or Focus mode, which might filter out notifications.
Why can't the app access my location?
For the app to save your parking location, you need to grant location access. Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Parking Meter Reminder and select either "While Using the App" or "Always" depending on your preference. If location services are disabled entirely, you'll need to enable them first in Settings > Privacy > Location Services.
